There are only a hand full of vendors providing 1u convex keycaps for v1 chocs, which goes to show how many vendors are trying to provide quality service to a community they belong to, and how many are just trying to profit from the next big trend... But I digress, I use these convex caps to add tactile contrast to my board. I enjoy the concaved finger wells of traditional keycaps, but as a gamer, I want certain keys to be easily and quickly distinguishable to my subconscious brain. It feels good to receive different tactile confirmation from different player control inputs, I like to use these for backwards / down, as well as for crouch, heal, and reload.

Good Lord! The finger well on these keycaps is so good, they fit my fingertips and knuckles like a glove. They also match their convex caps flawlessly, making for incredibly comfortable feeling keys for my thumb.
Not just for looks, not even just for comfort (although these are as comfortable as they are beautiful). The spherical profile only allows your finger to press down in the center of the cap, which basically eliminates mis-strokes on the edges of keycaps. That was a huge problem for me with MBK caps on feather-light 20g LP switches. The center-typing constraint also greatly reduces LP stem friction. If you're striking the edge of an MBK cap, the stem is being pushed at an angle and the switch can feel heavier and harder to hit than it really is. Typing on LDSAs is precise, clean, and very light on my fingers. Thanks lowprokb for this gift to the ergo keyboard world.
I love them. I have added other reviews and I am only adding this to show how they look on my Voyager for any of you who might need a comparison before buying. And why they do not allow the RGB to shine through, I do not think that is reason enough to not experience these keycaps.
