We are taking a vacation from June 23 - July 5. Any orders made during this period will be fulfilled upon our return.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies only to regular item in stock, and does not apply to Group Buy items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lowprokb.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We accept the responsibility of shipping your return to us in the case of defective or incorrect products. In any other case, it is your responsibility to ship the return to us prior to receiving a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Group Buy items
Group buy items cannot be returned. The nature of group buys is such that the funds that come in, are used to pay suppliers/manufacturers Once that is done, it is not possible to back out. Sometimes there are extenuating circumstances, and it will be at Lowprokb's sole discretion as to whether exceptions will be made.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on virtual items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you have not received a shipping notice yet, then you may still be able to make changes or cancellations to your order without extra charges. Reply to your order confirmation with any changes you would like to make and we will do our best to make them.


Refunds & Cancellations
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any fees charged to us to process your original order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
