If you are looking for the best mechanical switch for your low profile keyboard then look no further. Kailh Choc (or Chocolate) V1 is the most mature, and best performing low profile switch on the market today. Sometimes referred to by their model number, PG1350, these switches are available in linear and clicky, and in various spring weights, so everyone can find the perfect switch for them.

These switches have 1.5mm of pre-travel, 3mm of total travel and have a estimated life span of 50,000,000 activations (min).

The Purpz are a nice entry point for me into low actuation force switches. Still a bit rattley even though these don't have the internal stab/rattle bar, but that's kinda inherent to the design I think.
